Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
All orders, including expedited 2 days and overnight deliveries placed after 12:00 pm on weekdays, will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.

What if my package is damaged?
If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and from our return/replacement policy.
